Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return your item for a full refund less $10 shipping costs or return your item for an exchange. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return via email communication. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging with tags intact, in the same condition that you received it, and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at hello@faemli.com and we will provide instructions and our return shipping address. The item(s) must then be returned within 10 business days, with tracking number provided.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will get a refund of the total amount paid less $10 to cover the initial shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, you are required to cover any differences in prices (no discount codes can be used for the prices) + $10 shipping fee. If the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item, we will offer a refund of the difference minus $10 shipping fee.

Faemli will not be responsible for any returning items lost during transit and will not be able to process the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items* or gift cards.

*Sale Items - Discounted products, clearance stock, seconds, items purchased during a sale promotion period, where a promotional discount is used.

All sales are final.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Unless we are notified, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

While we take every precaution to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition, please understand that some natural variances in colour or leather texture are normal. Please read our care instructions before use. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product is used.
