Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return your item for a full refund less shipping costs. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return via email communication. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@faemli.com and we will provide instructions and our return shipping address. The item(s) must then be returned within 10 business days, with tracking number provided. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Faemli will not be responsible for any items lost during transit and will not be able to process the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Unless we are notified, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
